Established in 1995 near the whitewater chutes at Confluence Park, Confluence Kayaks is the biggest and best Paddling shop in the Denver area. A huge selection of kayaks and gear is backed up with friendly full service. Kayak lesson, rentals, outfitting and repair are all available here.
In the winter we are a full service ski shop specializing in telemark and AT (Alpine Touring) ski gear. We offer Denver's best ski services with a quick turnaround.
Bike rentals also available year round.

19 years, we were founded in 1995
What is your primary product or service?
FUN. We sell and rent the tools that allow people to have fun on the river and in the mountians. In the summer it's Kayaks and Standup Paddleboards, In the winter it's skiing equipment and avalanche safety gear.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a river runner and skier my entire life. During college I was employed as a raft guide and kayak instructor, fell in love with the lifestyle, and people who paddle and ski. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We care about our customers and take care of their needs and desires. No other Ski and paddle shop in the world offers our unique combination of services and product selection. From plastic welding to Drytop gasket repair
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location, no current expansion plans.

We are located in downtown Denver near the whitewater chutes at Confluence Park. We are at the intersection of 15th and Platte Streets in the Vitamin Cottage building. Free parking available. From Interstate 25, take the 23rd ave. exit if driving North, and the 20th street exit if driving south.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Which areas do you service?
Denver, the Colorado Front Range, the rocky mountain region, USA, earth.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jonathan Kahn is the owner and onsite manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Open 7 days a week, 10am till 6pm daily, till 7pm on Friday, and noon till 5 on Sunday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
You guys have a great shop and really took care of me the last time I was here.
