Family owned and operated since 1978 with 4 locations in Denver, Boulder & Highlands Ranch
What is your primary product or service?
Hot Spring and Caldera Hot Tubs, Kozy, Napoleon and Vermont Castings Fireplaces, Swim & Exercise Spas, Gazebos, Massage Chairs and all the accessories.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started as a Sales specialist, progressed to sales manager and then company general manager. Bought the business from the previous owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Family owned and operated. Full manufacturer training in sales and service. We have carried the same top line of hot tubs since 1978 by Watkins manufacturer and are the local home of Hot Spring and Caldera. We are full service with everything you need for hot tubs including the only Diamond technology Salt Water system for water care and the only local distributor of SilkBalance water care. Our Fireplace products are also top-of-the-line by Kozy Heat, napoleon and Vermont Castings.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 4 location with one at I-25 and 8th Ave in the big blue building, one at I-25 and I-70, Highlands Ranch and Boulder. Our used hot tubs and Outlet Center are at the Broadway location.
