How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Began business in early my early 20's as a means of paying for education. Went to Los Angeles and met with Consulates of Foreign countries and saw a need for the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service. We actually answer the phone. We offer delivery times which are rarely matched by our competitors; e.g. passports issued in 4 hours.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently only one office. Plans within the next few years of opening Dallas and New York.

Located on the SW corner of Colorado Blvd and Louisiana appx 5 stop lights north of I-25.
