How long have you been in business?
We have been serving CO, NE, WY residence's and businesses for over 5 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Advanced Concrete Designs, LLC grinds and polishes concrete, preps and applies HP Spartacote's Polyaspartic Floor Coatings, stains and seals concrete floors, preps and applies MiraCote overlays to name a few. Call us today to discuss how we can design a floor you will love.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We began applying Epoxy floors while a owned a painting company for 12 years. As we worked on floors I saw the decorative market expanding and began investigating the products and services available. From a training class I attended an instructor stated "that once you apply our stain and sealer you have a customer for life because you will need to go back every 6 - 12 months and reapply sealer". I felt this was not the way I wanted to do business and discovered polished concrete. Since this is a mechanical process, and if performed properly the floor is pretty much indestructable. There are several companies who these days are cutting corners and giving polished concrete a bad name. We recommend a five or six step process and don't rely on chemicals to provide a half polished floor.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customers are item one. We try to really understand what the customer wants in the "look" of the final product. If I am envisioning one thing and they are envisioning another I will not provide the floor they are really looking for. Also I keep looking at new products since the market in Decorative Concrete is changing so rapidly. Many polisher's as well as stain and seal applicators find the least expensive products they can buy, don't understand why one product or stain is better then another for a situation or application, strive to provide the best product I can for each of my customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based in Norther Colorado but are frequently all over Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, etc.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, as well as other states for larger jobs.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Myself along with my wife.
What are your hours of operation?
Typically 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
