What is your primary product or service?
We are a local water and office coffee service provider. We roast higher quality blends that fit your budget. The service is exceptional. Free commercial brewing equipment and specialty cup at a time equipment available. Bottle-less drinking water systems. Hot and Cold coolers, Reverse Osmosis and Filtered water units available. We also provide creamers, sugars, and paper good to outfit any office kitchen needs. We are known largely for our service reliability. Delivered 5 Gallon Bottled Water, Alkaline Health Grade Water, Kangen Ionizers
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I joined my family business at the age of 23 in 1988. This was before the internet, cell phones and pagers were readily available. The reverse osmosis purification technology was alive in California, but not in Colorado. We added bottle-less water coolers and started b2b calls to locals businesses that would listen. We were successful as Deep Rock, Eldorado Springs, and other companies couldn't compete and were reluctant to change. My background is in business, sales, and customer service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are 100% customer service oriented. We keep the quality of our local coffee brands to a premium high standard. We will meet or exceed your expectations as a regular practice. Our deliveries are free. Customer satisfaction is a guarantee. We respond to all calls with immediate response. Service calls are responded to within the same day. 2-3 hour is normal.

Centered in SW Denver, we are at 30 Kalamath St. Between 1st and Alameda off I-25. Kalamath Street goes one direction "south". So you will have to take 1st street from Santa Fe going north or get off at 6th street at I-25 and go south 5-1/2 blocks. We are located next to PENSKE Truck Rental east side of street.

Helping middle managers take care of their supply and equipment needs promptly and professionally. The health grade water helped in aiding better daily live. "The water made them feel better". When an old customer who tried a competitor returns. When someone out of the blue says they love our coffee, how can I get it at home? When a new customer calls back or Google Reviews how great our installer was, switching services. When a customer says how fast we responded to the service call. When a competitors employee says we are the best. These are all statements that have happened.
