We opened Memorial Day Weekend 2011, so almost 2 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Pet boarding.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have always been pet owners and lovers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are boutique style, meaning we limit the number of pets we care for to provide individualized attention. We are the only pet boarding in downtown Denver.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only 1

The shop is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 pm. on Saturday. Early drop offs, late pickups and Sundays are by appointment.

That we care for our pets as if they were our own.
