We have been in the court reporting business in Denver since the 1950s. Our reporters are certified by the National Court Reporting Association. We have real-time reporters, medical expertise reporters, and expert witness specialists. Our videographers use top-of-the-line video equipment, and all of our employees, from the reporter to the videographer, from the office staff to the delivery person, exhibit professionalism and accuracy in performing their jobs.

What is your primary product or service?
Court reporting and legal videography
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in court reporting when my dad served as a trustee on a corporation that went bankrupt, and he had to visit the Bankruptcy Court in Denver. Bill first became interested in court reporting because his mom worked for a freelance court reporting firm and did some freelance typing for court reporters.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have on standby every day a reporter who is available for those last-minute settings or for those law offices who have forgotten to schedule a reporter in advance. We keep our rates very competitive, and we deliver a quality product in a reasonable turn-around time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Denver with no plans to expand at this time.

We are located at 455 Sherman Street, across from the Red Cross Building. Just south of 6th Ave, just east of Lincoln Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit card payments.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Front Range of Colorado from Pueblo to Ft. Collins. We service the entire metro Denver area, including Boulder. And depending on the type and length of job, we will also travel west to Glenwood, Aspen, Breckenridge and Grand Junction or east to Sterling.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Avery Woods Reporting is owned and operated by Bill and Laura Woods. Bill is in charge of daily operations.
